Please arrive early to accommodate for checking everyone in, getting your conference bags, finding your way, etc. Check-in starts at 7:30 AM each day. The fairgrounds is fully fenced. Cars will only be checked in at the Grounds Entry Gate 4, and there will be no other way to enter. Parking attendants will be available to help direct everyone. There are 4 gates, but it should be evident which gate you need, due to parking, security, & check-in staff being present.

Tickets must be purchased in advance, and are purchased through Ticket Leap. There are links on out Tickets Page. You will receive an email with a link to download your tickets. We will have parking attendees at the gate who will scan your tickets and direct you to the check-in booth, where you will receive your conference bags containing speaker schedules, map, and all the info you will need to choose your plan for the weekend.


Each ticketed attendee will be given color-coded wristbands at check-in to signify different ticket types, and they will be required to keep their wristbands on throughout their time at the conference. 


The 1st session starts at 9AM each day, but please arrive early for the checking process. the vendor booths and snack bar will be open when check-in starts at 7:30AM. 


There will be security onsite throughout the event. There will be overnight RV Camping Friday and Saturday night. Security will be available throughout. 


RV CAMPING and Primitive Tent Camping spots are available for rent through the fairgrounds office. More info is posted on the RV/Camping page on this site. 


The over 120 acre fairgrounds is fully fenced, so entry can only take place at Gate 5, which will be clearly marked with a sign and attended by check-in and parking crew. 


Vendors, Sponsors, and Volunteers will be required to enter through another gate, but will be informed of those details through regular communication with our staff.
